Finally i could get hands on the Segeltuchtasche i once had for discussion here. Now with better pics I hope you still like it. IMO Reichswehr/RAD reissued.

I somehow missed this reply. This is an interesting feature. I have seen only two other recycled M16 lids on GM17 canisters. This is one of them.

You can still see where the wire "cage" was originally attached to the inside of the lid.

I just realized that I already discussed the recycled lid 10 years ago in this very thread. Oh well. I guess it was topical.
