Fore And Aft Hat

Here is a rather unusual Fore and Aft Hat for I would presume the Imperial Miners Association.

I may be mistaken, but I believe the button on the hat is for Pioneers, so I believe this is some type of military hat, possibly navy.

Very nice. I would guess an expert could reshape the hat back to its original design fairly easily.
