Can we tell from the Pic anything about these two?

I can tell you a few things. They are both Saxon Portepee Unteroffiziere. The camo bands on their caps make it nearly impossible to tell what branch they are from, but I would guess from the pattern of swords they hold that they might be artillerymen.
