Field Marshall Shoulder Boards??

Can someone in Imperial Items tell me about these shoulder boards? Are they for a Field Marshall and what state and period? Value?

The cyphers are for Wilhelm I of Prussia over field marshal batons. The tongues on both boards are missing the Prussian tresse (silver w/ black stripes at the edges).

Ron,

These are quite impressive. From the looks of them, I would think they could be restored without too much difficulty. While the condition is not what you would hope to see, I think the extreme rarity makes up for much of that. I would get several opinions as to the value before doing anything.
