Hello -
Seen this for sale, but I have no idea what country it is from origianly? Could it be an old Iranian uniform?? The button shown is not original to the tunic. All the other buttons are unmarked and hve the same twin eagles with crossed rifles. Help???

anybody have any ideas - its not Ausrio-Hungarian that is for sure. Serbian never seems to have had such insignia...really stumped...

Are all the buttons replaced?
I would like to see the backs. What are the letters under the collar insignia? I can't make them out.

the buttons are all unmarked except for the one under the collar which is not original. Its British I believe. The writing under the eagle is five stars really. The only thing I can think of is Serbian as the twin eagel with the shield in the center (though the shiled should have a cross on it..) Does anyone have pictures of dress uniforms from Serbia (perhaps ths is interwar years???) Also no makers marks, no labels, nothing....perhaps hand made... but whatever its good quality and has seen some use.
