Hello,
please be so kind to write me few words about these shoulders an the crown. Is it fro IWW or IIWW? What rank? Is it artillery?
What about the crown? Who wear it? On the uniform?
Both things belonged to the one person.

These appear to be WW1 REICHSBEAMTE (Government Official) officer shoulder boards. As to what branch of the government I am not sure, however these are definitely not military boards. I am not exactly sure what rank these are. I hope this helps.
