New WWI German 8cm shell

I just picked this up yesterday at an estate sale. I believe it is an 8cm German shell. The other shell in the picture I got years ago and use it to keep change in now. Are either of them scarce. I was unable to find another one online like it.

The 8 cm cartridge case is for the standard Austrian artillery field cannon.
