Need help with cloth headgear

Hi folks. I got this postcard and was wondering which unit had these Mützes. The shield says "Zug Ott 1914". Many thanks in advance!

if i good remember landwehr unit we have here.

The hats have the shape of the Landwehr style but the mixture of men seems to be of young and older. Have to wonder exactly what the unit is.
