I am asking for opinion on this EK1 (AWS). In my opinion, everything is fine - but I prefer to be sure.

Thank you for opinion. I just bought it - so there is no way for me to clean it

I agree, an original AWS screwback that has been heavily cleaned/polished.

Interestingly, I have never noted the flaw between the 1 and the 9 before but when I went back and looked at mine I found it to a lesser degree on a couple of examples.

Very fine and original AWS ek1 in good condition.
I agree with Mike about the cleaning. Would look great with a nice patina.
