Hello collectors! For a long time is such a document. Not know in what the partition his to Deposit. Help with the translation. What's he talking about?

This is a promotion patent. But, it's not military. It's to do with a post office worker being promoted from Postamwärter (not sure what that is. basically a postal clerk, I think) to Postassistant (postal assistant).

Allow me to elaborate.

It's "Postanwärter", i.e. a postal candidate/official-in-training. He had finished his training and was now permanently taken over as a postal official of the mid-level career.

It says:

"Im Namen des Königs.

Der Postanwärter Ritter in Naumburg (Saale) wird hiermit vom 1. April 1908 ab als Postassistent etatsmäßig angestellt. Die Anstellung erfolgt mit dem Vorbehalt einer dreimonatigen Kündigungsfrist. Es wird erwartet, daß derselbe Seiner Majestät dem Könige und Allerhöchst Dero Königlichem Hause ferner treu und gehorsam sei, die ihm obliegenden Amtspflichten gewissenhaft erfülle und sich stets so betragen werde, wie es sich für einen königlichen Beamten geziemt.

...meaning:

"In the name of the King.

Herewith, the Postal Candidate Ritter of Naumburg (Saale) is being regularly employed as a Postal Assistant effective 1 April 1908. Die appointment is being undertaken pending a three-month termination period. It is being expected of him to remain faithful and obedient to His Majesty the King and his royal house, to execute his official duties dilligently and to behave at all times in such a way as is becoming of a royal official.
