      Hi falk,
IMO is a EK2 made during WW2 for typical 4 "closed", and with standard and anonymus packaging.

About the factory wich made this I've not any idea, sorry.

The combo is fantastic for condition; well done.

Hi Gew44 and thanks for your replay.
I have been told that this EK2 was made right before WW2.
The maker is still mysterious, hope someone can figure out the maker

IMO a cross from Steinhauer & Luck. Package I do not know, never have seen this before. As told before, made during WW2

            Thank you for your replay.
Its not strange its made that late (during ww2) and have no marking? Did they used to give out EK2 from WW1 during WW2?

It is possible that this is a cross after WW2 but IMO you first have to study the cross better. These type of crosses where also made before 1945. Maybe you can place teh cross on the 1957 forum?

IMO the price stays about the same. Maybe a S&L from after WW2 has even a higher value, because these are rare and also wanted by collectors!

For example IMO 3 unmarked S&L crosses:

                    1. Silvertoned frame, open 4, ratteling core and 14,8 gramm
                    2. Patinated frame (probably neussilber),closed 4 and 16,8 gramm
                    3. Chromed frame , closed 4 and 16,7 gramm

This is what I mean by study this type of crosses.....IMO not so easy, based on only pictures. Of course I didn't put them in order for nothing. I would like to hear what you think about these crosses?

                      The cross have magnetic core.
I made a new thread on 1957 forum with more/better pictures. Hope to get more opinions or answer there.
