    Imperial German PILOTS BADGE: GOOD OR BAD

    I have never had a imperial German pilots badge before. Is this one good or yet another copy

    This looks like one of the good castings from a damaged original. The hardware is wrong and I believe I can make out the cast "crack" above the catch - a feature of this fake (and it's slightly smaller than a genuine badge).

      The pics are too small to judge IMO, one thing for sure though - the reverse hardware is wrong!
      Based on these pics I’d pass on it!

        Hi!
        As already stated: pictures are suboptimal.
        Things I don‘t like: Backside of cross, the R of the MM is slightly bigger, pin and catch wrong, no wheepholes...
        And the cases with the purple lining are considered to be fakes anyway...
        Sorry, but I would not like to have it in my collection,
