1813 EK1 replacement?

Is this an 1813 EK1 replacement made many years later? Or could this be some patriotic pin or of course a complete fake piece. It’s in an auction with a bunch of wwii german items (that are all original) that look like it could be from a vets estate as it is in an estate auction. Thanks!!

At a guess I'd say it was a complete fake or frankenstein piece. It's certainly no 1813 EK1.
