Cheap 25 year oak leaf for 1870EK2?

Hello friends,I saw a thread discussing a kind of "cheap" 25year oak leaf for 1870 EK2, but I cannot find where it is...Is this just a "cheap" one ? What is the difference between them and awarded ones?

There are at least 21 different variations of oak leafs that have been
identified on good, original crosses. Yours looks likes variation #8
on the list that I saw.
