It’s been a long time since I posted any mugshots of my stuff so here are a few not posted before ,I think ..
Half size air gunner ,this is the only one I have ever seen in this size ,nice detail to reverse too.

@ Vince: sometimes these are referred to as „clasp pieces“ - but I haven‘t seen any credible clasps with flight badge adornments so far.
Not speaking of a depiction of some “in wear“

Think it’s about 45mm
