    Eickhorn cav. Sword- owner's initials?

    I think by the quality this bavarian cav. sword was owned by a senior officer.

    anyhow the opposite ricasso has an acid-etched monogram in art deco style. first I thought 'distributor' but usually these are pretty plain, right?

    looks like officer's personal mark to me; what do you think? and if I'm right, anyone think of a cab officer with these initials? thanks loads!

    opposite ricasso is the usual 'c.e.' and double squirrels (1921 and earlier manufacturer G'DAGGS site says.
