interesting and not common, but you have an unissued piece, and without loop.

An awarded & complete one looks like this:

These unofficial medals were granted by the local Flottenverein (Lds. Fl. Ver.) and awarded as a suplement to Kaiserpreis (Emperor's Prize).

As I read on German forums, similiar medals from other ships exist, too, i.e. SMS Helgoland and SMS Moltke.
