Imperial Iron Cross Authentication

Hi Fellas,
Looking for some help to authenticate this cross. I collect Canadian so I'm out of my league here.
I have no reason to believe its not authentic as it came with a bunch of stuff from the vets daughter.

The pics aren't the best, but if it's 3-piece with an iron core (magnetic) then it's probably fine.

I agree the pics sucked but I could not get my camera to focus...it normally takes good pics.
It is indeed magnetic, thanks very much for the help guys, very much appreciated.
