2 unidentified crosses EK2-1914 with characteristic features

I have 2 crosses EK2-1914 with very characteristic features - with the "grained" surface of the core, with an unusual long flaw of the lower arm of the frame and with a bit sloppy frame finish (IMO).
Does anyone know something more about this type of cross EK2-1914, maybe - who is its producer?
