Today I want to show my lovely and very rare WW1 torpedo stopwatch for the "Kaiserliche Marine" (Imperial German Navy). The watch is in excellent condition and survived two World Wars. So it is over 100 years old. It was made by the famous Swiss watch manufacturer Deposé at the beginning of the 20th century. On the dial it has the famous German watch maker name "Andreas Huber". Huber had a watch store in Munich, founded in 1856. He was a supplier for the German Navy (also in WW2 with high end items like Lange & Söhne observer watches for the Kriegsmarine e.g.). On the back the timer has the typical hand engraved "M" for "Marine" (navy) and the Imperial German crown.
