That is an interesting combination of awards, and possibly ID-able. Too bad about the Rueckgaberecht resulting in the present condition of the bar.

Are you sure about that? Could it be a previous owner sellng the most valuable Ordens?

You could be right, since the 'foreigners' are gone except for one.

              Pretty nice and restorable.

Can anyone name all the awards? I can't.

              What's with the Olympics pin?
              Best regards,

Going to be tough without an ID, but I'd guess their is an Italian St. Maurice in there, as well as what look like Saxon and Wuerttemberg ribbons on the end, although you'd think those would rank ahead of the foreign orders. No idea on the blue one, and the dark red could be Austrian or Bulgarian, amongst others.

maybe somebody who got his hands after the owner. It must have very good times back in old times!

No long service would indicate a civil servant post-1870, and the blue ribbon after the Centenary could be a peacetime Wuerttemberg Friedrich Order.

                        From right to left:

                        Iron Cross 2nd Class

Order of the Red Eagle (3rd or 4th Class - 3rd Class should have a bow on the ribbon though as it would most likely have been a promotion from 4th class)

Order of the Crown (probably 3rd Class)

                        Wurttemberg Friedrichs Orden

Green Ribbon: Many choices here: Italian St Lazarus, Swedish Vasa Orden, Persian Order of the Lion and the Sun

Purple Ribbon: Either a Belgian Order of the Crown or the Reuss House Order

                        Saxony Order of Albert

                        Wurttemberg Order of the Crown

The bar appears to have been very professionally put together with all the awards matching up evenly at the bottom - it is likely that the different heights of the missing awards will therefore provide clues as to what it is missing.
