All, picked these up in a small grouping but have no idea what they are - I am not sure the mini is even German - any help appreciated!

The silver item seems to be a hanger for a pendant or award - the clasp can be moved out as shown to hang something from it.

I believe the medal is from the Masonic order. I had a medal a few years back that was sort of similar.( see link)

Yes, this is a miniature of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem. Not masonic, but an order of the Catholic Church.
