Not sure that it is - picture quality not great. No 2 ribbon and medal do not match. Also that ribbon in second place is also quite odd and reappears in position no 5. I would give it a miss also because the medals on it are nothing special. The only two medals really earned - if it is an original bar - would be the EK1 and the service medal - the rest were freebies that followed from the EK2 and service in WWI.
1. Flandern Cross and Ehrendenkmünze should not appear together with Hindenburg Cross in one bar (after establishing of the Hindenburg Cross in 1934 old inofficial veteran decorations were prohibited). Also the 2nd medal doesn't match here (possibly a shooting award)
2. Two ribbons are wrong: 2nd and 4th (No. 4 is of Kyhhhäuser Medal).
