New Baden Lion - Which Class is it?

Hello & Holiday Greetings to all my Friends in this forum!

Please see my new Lion. The body is gold as are the swords. I cannot see any maker's marking on this medal's front or reverse. The center castle is free of any damage as are the green glass arms.

This is my first Baden Lion so my questions are basic. What class is it and what are these selling for today.

If any more photos are required please ask.

    Thank you for your assistance!

On this pictures it looks as gilded silver..., so most possible is Ritterkreuz 2. Klasse mit Schwertern. But if it is gold, could be also 1st. class (anyway, 1st class has different suspension loop).

    regards
    Tomasz

I don't like the construction of this Schnalle. Ribbons look new and the reverse finishing isn't what I would expect.

        I had similar thoughts.

Thank you for your input. Is this the suspension loop you are referring to?
          Thanks again,

For me this also looks like afterwards gilded 2nd class cross (reason for gilding would most likely to be to make it look like 1st class to raise value)

I'm not totally 100% sure, but in my opinion 1st class should be either gold (which this is not at least according to the color of pictures) or it should have D-mark in sylinder to show it's gilded in certain "duplee" way or something). Finish of gilding is not good, so I'd bet there is no D anywhere.

Ribbons = like others commented too, not original, for pretty sure.

Reverse medallion has strange "ring" in it on red area, that I have never seen in original ones - at least I'd say 1st class would never been sent out like that from maker...

Sorry, but for me this is a self-made set by someone.

About combination I don't know, if that would be possible - probably, usually fakers do know a bit anyway how to combine their work....

Sorry, my mistake. There were both types of the small loop used in the 1st class: parallel to the cross, and upright, like in the 2nd class.

Not sure in 100%, but rather 2nd Class

The suspension loop is not correct.
