    What decorations ???

He is of course not imperial but his decorations date from that time ( I guess ?):

Primarily I am interested to know the neck decoration and the two awards on his breastpocket. Maybe more ?? A name ?

    Kind regards
    Robert

I'm reasonably sure the neck order is the Bulgarian Order of National Merit (military). The lower pocket badge looks like a Czech War Academy badge. I've seen the upper badge but can't place it.

the neck decoration is from bulgaria - looks like it was awarded for war merit (swords) - and a huge ribbon bar!
      the breast decorations?
the red cross could be perhaps a graduation badge?!

The neck award is indeed a Bulgarian Military Merit Cross Commanders grade with swords and war decoration. Also Bulgarian is the Red Cross Honor Badge.

        Very nice photo.

This is very fuzzy and blurry (even for me ) but I think the lower pinback badge is the Bulgarian WW2 infantry badge that came in three classes, and was given in "honorary" way to Germans-- as the flying wings were for Luftwaffe personnel.

This Oberfeldarzt was in the Austrian army in WW1-- I think most of the upper row of ribbons look like the Austro-Hungarian bravery/war ribbon-- but all I can really be sure of is the Sudeten 1938 ribbon in last place.

He's got the KVK2 ribbon in his buttonhole over something foreign that appears to be Commander class width... ?
