    Finally added the 1914 EK1 "A14" to my collection

    I managed to pick up this beautiful A14 EK1 from the forum, I was looking for a long time after one. Tnanks to the seller
    Photo of it with an an A14 EK2.

              GREAT cross Daniel. I love these.

              Any mark? Mine is unmarked but otherwise the same. These are very early, like from the autumn of 1914.

                Trevor; yep, it's really early and it is unmarked like yours.
                I've had a soft spot for A14 EK2's. It was nice to add the EK1.

                  Would this be considered an early cross? It's marked W&S (Wagner & Sohn I presume).

                              Only the date on the front is different. Never knew they use the 1870 core design for the 1914 crosses. Always nice to learn something new.
