Seen a couple oddities lately so I'm posting for comparison. These are marks from supposed Schott U Boot badges. The first is a traditional mark that we believe is good. The other two are from badges recently sold on ebay. Thoughts?

I looked hard at this badge. It’s very well done. I did consider that it could be one of the first ones before the T broke. There are a few other inconsistencies in the maker mark that Made me stay away from bidding. Unmarked these will be tough. I also thought the cross in the crown looked more like a+ sign on eBay piece and the pebbleing looked weak where I would expect it to be much more more pronounced on an early badge.Comment
