strange devices on BOTH ribbon bars, WW1-1920s period on top, 1934+ on bottom, BOTH with unauthorized devices.

I thought I had posted the Oldenburg Friedrich August (that's "OK" to youze in Army Rank List Lingo, "OFAK" if you're in the Navy) bar on top in my own posting days, but couldn't find it.

Hmm... maybe I'm getting senile... too!
