1920's Wagner Pour Le Merite

This is listed as a 1920's jewelers copy by Wagner. Of all the Wagners I have viewed, none have the detail in the crown as well as what appears to be raised crown and lettering. Does this look like a pre WWII jewelers copy or much later?

It‘s a terrible modern made fake. Trying to imitate the S&L PLM pattern. The lousy workmanship is easily visible on the pics and should be an easy giveaway.
