Strange ribbon bar

I was searching for something, and came up on the following site,

What kind of ribbon bar is that on the top of page? A three rows bar with so many different states or countries, even from Italy.

Any help is valuable.

hello,
its very strange - the german awards at first, so it have to be a german how fights in the first world war, in spain and in the second world war (perhaps in italy or with italian troops)
but why this style? its very uncommen before 57 in germany and the aegles have the swastika in their claws!
fake or uncommen original?
hope that others have more knowledge of it.

I also cannot find that thread, maybe it is too old and was on the old server.

Short story: I bougt that bar on an auction from a group belonging to an Air Force guy. He also had the Johanniter cross, the EK1, a Spanish cross and a Wound badge. Unfortunatelly no documents. So this was probably a Colonel or Major General in WW2. Rick Lundström tried to find out more, but he had also no success.
To wear a 2 or even 3 row ribbon bar came in use in the 3rd Reich. Normally they used 15mm ribbons. Why my bar is made from 25mm ribbons, I dont know. This is only typical for one-row bars with not more than 5 awards. Maybe our old guy wanted to cover some more space on his uniform.

If it is a 3rd Reich era style for a ribbon bar, can you tell me something about this one:



It uses full width ribbons for the medals. But a Pour Le' Merit on a bar? I think it is a nice fake.

A German neck order on a ribbon bar before 1957???? Never! The only one could be the Volkspflege Commanders cross.

Mistake of mine, there is no Pour Le Merit. At first glance, I confused it with the Max-Joseph ribbon.
