Less common but still known. Maybe 70% extruded and 30% incuse at a guess.

I have only seen one other cased example of this cross that sold recently (unless you bought this recently). What a wonderful cased set. That case is made specifically for that cross.

I have also seen a case for the KMST. It was obvious the the case was
made just to fit that cross.

Thank you for all kind words. I knew that it is not often seen, but I did not think that it is really so rare. This cross is with me for a long time.
