1813 Iron Cross

Thank guys, I got the cross from a man named Tom Hubbins who was a collector. I had some hope as the ones pictured in The Iron Cross by Williamson had on page 18 similar loops like mine and the one Dan posted. Well a filler till one day a period one comes along. Thanks TPK

The cross at the beginning of this thread looks like the core was aged before it was painted. The dents appeared to be also applied before painting

Perhaps. But the bigger problem is that the frame is identifiable as a 1914 KO frame.
