looks like a German grip with added pearl eyes ( i have not seen pearl eyes before ) shape of the knuckle guard is large , strange curved blade ? A mystery sword . Rob

imo the blade is turkish blade made before the "Befreiungskriege" and a german soldier made on his "booty-blade" a new grip...

the pearl is added later ...... one of the lion eyes was lost in the past....

but i am not an blade expert......
