Anyone kave any information on these officers?

Hi!
Hey, I have a sword with these two mens name on it, “A.-H. Ziegler” bestowed the blade on “H. von Ziethen”, would anyone be able to give me any information on either of them? I know it is a keeper for me, I hope I can learn more about it.

I know there is some sort of connection but I can't find either of these names for the 1892 time period. The sword is dated 1892, I should have mentioned that earlier.

To clarify the names, the sword owner would be A.-H. Ziegler who was in the Husaren Regt. No. 3 "von Ziethen" and received the sword in 1892. The only n ame you are researching is A.-H. Zieglar.
