never saw this ribbon before. from which decoration does it comes?

Pep, that ribbon is for Bund Deutscher Marineverein and also Erinnerungsmedaille IX. Arme-Korps, both veteran associations. Possibly for some other decoration as well.

anyway seems not to be an official award.
