1870 Iron Cross 1st Class

Does this 1870 E.K.1 have any merit? By that I mean was it made in the 1920"s, 30"s or 40's prior to the end of WW2? Or maybe even before the 20"s?

I really don't like the look of the crown on this cross. What detail
there is, does not match other examples that I have seen of the "short 7" cross.

Looks like a Godet 1870? But doesn’t see the maker mark behind

So what do you guys think? Is it real or just a nice fake?

This doesn't belong to me so I just want to know if it is worth getting.
