          I think you should have cropped the watermark off and just posted the pics instead of letting everyone know where it was up for auction.

            Hi Don,you are right of course,but i think everyone is watching this auction and most people who interested in such awards knows about it.

            the main question if this example real deal or post period produced.

                  period pieces of this grade made of Zimmermann? Are you sure?
                  I don`t like the finish and the needle system.
                  If it is OK i would say, it is only a piece made after 1918.

                    He didn't ask about what period it was from, only if it looked real. Is it an award piece? I don't know. Who made the award pieces? Does it look good enough to be a wearer's copy? Sure.
