As I already wrote in TR forum, it is "upgraded" 1914er. Quite interesting attempt to make a stepped core from it.
My friend Rob who collects fakes would be really interested in this one. For 40 € at best.

Hi Miro, thanks! Does it mean that 1813ek Prinzen shouldn't have step cores at minimum? There are more professional ppl here and would love to hear more of your view. Thank you!

Yes, original Prinzens were not stepped, neither 1813ers nor later ones.
Another red flag is the paint on the core (originals were blackened) and known fake core design, which was used without any change also on reverses of 1914 and 1870 Prinzen fakes from the same stepped core family.

Thanks again Miro for your explanation on this ek2. Apart from the stepped core and painted core issue, are there other features of the ek2 in the link below gives u a view that it is a fake?

I thought seriously it was a genuine cross. Would others have some thoughts on this 1813 ek2?

The frame is a 1914 style frame. 1813 frames had much finer, closer together
                        beads in the frame arms.

Study the picture that Trevor posted in your other thread. Notice the difference in the
number of beads in the arms of the frames.

                        Trevors picture ---
