China Silberne Erinnerungsmedaille ???

Did anyone ever hear about this medal: China Silberne Erinnerungsmedaille (China Silver Commemorative Medal) (not to be confused with the China-Denkmünze (China Medal) in Stahl (Steel).
I found info that 3 later Admirals (Edmund Schulz, Emil Heusinger von Waldegg and Alfred Saalwächter) that were on board the SMS Hertha in 1904 recieved this medal. And many other officers/sailors that were onboard the Hertha.
The only medal I managed to find is the Inoffizielle Erinnerungsmedaille "Zum Andenken an meine Dienstzeit in China" but this one was in Bronze. Was there perhaps a version in Silver?

I don't think so, the China Medal was awarded in 1900/1901 for the Boxer Rebellion, this was 3 years later. And in the awards list I have the China Medal in steel and this china commemorative silver medal are separate awards.

Could be also German, but not an official award. Really many commemorative medals were privately established and issued in that period by different organizations or persons.
