That's an interesting bar! The MMM indicates a junior NCO frontline type. I've seen Prussian Red Cross Medals down to types like Landsturm privates, but I didn't know the Charlottenkreuz was given to ranks like that. This guy was VERY well decorated for being a junior medical type!

So it wasn't a doctor but a "Sanitäter". Maybe a Sanitäts-Feldwebel? But no EKII, a real rarity

thats quite interesting!
The Württemberger had really odd regulations for their decorations, so this guy was a well decorated Sanitäts-NCO!

Ein hochdekorierter San-Uffz. Fine fine... Maybe he got the MMM for rescuing a wounded under fire? But no EKII, this makes this bar very interesting.
