There were many veteran's groups that were formed after WWI. My question is were these group restricted to specific veterans? For example the medal below was for a specific veteran's group. What this group that gave member the below award restrict to Army veterans or did they allow Navy veterans to join? Also did they allow civil servants who had war related jobs to join?
