Core is OK. But I think the frame isn't Ok for an 1813 in my opinion.
It looks more like an 1870 Alphabet frame than the 1813 frame.

Translation:
"Core originating from the first awarding series in 1813, the frame replaced for the "second wave" of awardings (up to 1834) due to former damage or excessive wear"
