Does anyone know what this medal / badge is?

This came in a box of misc world medals this week.

It's about an inch and a half tall, and looks silver.

It's dated 1914-1915.

Looks like some patriotic medal from the first year of the great war - when nobody knew how many years were about to follow...
A lot of symbolism is displayed:
Imperial crown, W II, prussian eagle, device of the army and the coat of arms of the city of Bonn, laurel and oak leafs around it .
