EK II 1870 - original?

This EKII 1870 is listed for €200. Unfortunately someone removed the ring and drilled a whole. But is it worth the asking price?

It's not really worth €200 unless you are really an 1870 EK completist, because IMO it's a 1930s-era Deumer zweitstück with a broken ring. In great condition as below, it would be a good price. But if you want this type you could wait for a better one (which is what I've been doing for five years).
