Regimental History of Husar Regt. King Hubert of Italy Nr. 13

I am looking for a Regiment History of the Husar Regt. King Hubert of Italy Nr. 13. I am trying to find a picture of a Hauptmann Bodenstedt, killed November 16, 1914 on the eastern front at Kutno. Does anyone have the Regt. History for this unit? I know there is a person in Europe who sells these but I lost his email address.
