    Portrait painting - do you recognize this guy (XVII - XVIII century) ?

    Hello,

    do you have an idea who is he ??

    My guess would be young king of Prussia, Friedrich I Hohenzollern ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frederick_I_of_Prussia )
    He instituted the Order of Genocide (later called PLM) which he worns on this painting.
    What do you think?
