Unknown Ribbon, looking for some opinions

Hello Collectors,

I would like to have some opinions on the Ribbon. It came in a huge amount of WW2 and WW1 Ribbon, I have searched on the internet but I can't find anything.

I hope someone can help me out !

I can't say for sure. But it appears to be in IMO an Austrian, Elisabeth medal ribbon.
An award given to women in three classes, and also a star.

Ribbon for Elisabeth Orden (also cross & medal) has narrower red stripes and white stripes on the sides...

I have also looked to Austrian decorations, but nothing matches in 100% (only Maria Theresia Military Order is similiar).

Depending on its age, many European nations had friendly relations with the Imperial Japan, WW1 and before, Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy, (The Tripartite Pact) giving each other medals was common practice, a European tailor may well kept stocks for mounting a Japanese decoration on, say a German medal bar.
