    I BOYS. I KNOW JACK SH..T ABOUT THIS ITEM/ GOT IT GAVE ME IN PUB LAST NIGHT.ITS SILVER NO STAMP. BUT I CAN BET $ IT IS? WHAT IS IT??

          No idea what it is, but the photos look like you were wearing some really thick "beer goggles" when you took them!

            Definitely does resemble a Polish army eagle of some description. Although of what specific description, I have no idea.

                    Try the macro function if your $1 camera has one. If it doesn't, splurge for a better one as you'll never get good closeups without it. If the eagle's wings were curved back, I'd say it may have been something mounted on a walking stick or flagpole, etc. Without being able to see the mounting on the reverse I couldn't begin to speculate on its purpose. Since it appears to be Polish, you might try posting it in the international forum, preferably with better photos.

                          Still blurry, but with that type of lug, it looks like something that could have been mounted on a piece of wood, maybe a plaque or something? Pure speculation on my part, but best I can do.
