Need info about 1896 Prussian List

Anyone with a

Rang- und Quartier-Liste der Königlich Preußischen Armee und des XIII. (Königlich Württembergischen) Armeekorps für 1896?

I would need some infos about page 656 (a scan/pic) of this 1896 list. There should be the names of Lemke and Meissner in one unit.
Any information would be more than helpful!

So both are on the same side, but not in the same unit Dono, but I´m not sure if that´s the match I was looking for....

Here the mystery, it´s a massive cavallery lion head saber, silver mounted, with silver fitted black/blued metal scabbard (more like Police Schutzmannschaft officer style). I try to find out, who the guys did service

The saber is a good match for Schutzmannschaft officers...........but coundn´t find any infos about Lemke/Meisser in civil service files. Maybe I´m on the wrong way and they are military officers?!
