PlM, marked 800 and "M"

Dear All

Just saw a PlM recently,
not sure about such quality was period time made (c.a. 1930's Maybe?)

it was marked 800 both on suspension rings
and also "M" (or "W") under lower arm,

for me the face enamel looks uneven,
Any comments are welcome. thanks

Wagner was one of several PLM makers, so that would be a W. Nonetheless I am not saying anything about the originality of this particular piece.
